Technical Specifications

Kit for preparing porcelain surfaces before etching: 9.6% hydrofluoric acid etching gel, soft tissue protector (Kool-Dam), drying agent (Dry-Rite) and silane (bond-enhancing agent). Class IIa Medical Device.

Instructions for Use

Isolate the field with a rubber dam and protect the patient and staff with eyewear and gloves. Apply Kool-Dam to the gingival area and light-cure for 10 seconds. Prepare the ceramic surface (bevel) and apply the hydrofluoric acid etching gel for 2 minutes, removing fumes with suction. Rinse with plenty of water for 2 minutes and dry with oil-free air. Apply Dry-Rite (drying agent) and then Silane, letting it dry for 1 minute before applying the bonding agent and restorative composite.

Required Information
