Mouthguard Sheets are clear, flexible thermoplastic sheets from Laboratorios Clarben that are easy to mold and trim.
Applications by thickness
- 1 and 1.5 mm: topical fluoride treatments and whitening trays.
- 2 mm: whitening trays, base plates and orthodontic stabilization trays.
- 3 mm: bruxism splints and sports mouthguards.

Applications
Fabrication of whitening trays, fluoride trays and orthodontic retainers; in the 3 mm thickness, also crowns and bruxism protection splints.

Instructions for Use
Compatible with Ecovac, Econovac, Tray Vac and Machine III vacuum formers. Follow the instructions of the chosen vacuum former’s manufacturer.
Required Information
Class I Medical Device. Molten polymer can cause thermal burns to the skin; store in well-ventilated areas with suitable humidity; clean regularly with mild liquid soap and a soft brush, then rinse with a pleasant-tasting mouthwash.
