Why Clarben Makes a Difference

About the Product

Meganest® is the local anesthetic from Laboratorios Clarben based on Articaine, characterized by its short onset and good diffusion. Its high lipid solubility and protein binding produce good anesthetic action combined with low systemic toxicity, allowing it to be used in reduced doses.

Two concentrations for two clinical scenarios

  • Meganest® 1:100,000, indicated for dental procedures lasting more than one hour, especially in soft and bone tissue where more pronounced ischemia is required.
  • Meganest® 1:200,000, indicated for most dental procedures lasting less than 45 minutes.

Clarben quality and safety

Like the rest of the range, Meganest® is manufactured with terminal sterilization, contains no parabens (a frequent cause of allergic reactions) and its cartridges are latex-free, with a self-adhesive film and a steam-sealed non-rotating aluminum cap.

  • Articaine
  • Low toxicity
  • Terminal sterilization
