About the Product
Octoop® is the caries detector from Laboratorios Clarben, a propylene glycol-based product that stains infected dentin dark blue, creating a strong contrast with healthy dentin.
How does it work?
The dye initially binds to the denatured collagen found only in the outer layer of carious dentin, making it possible to identify and remove infected dentin even in poorly visible or hard-to-reach areas, such as occlusal caries.
Directions for use
After removing the caries, apply the product for 10 seconds, rinse and remove only the infected dentin stained blue. Repeat the application and clean; the staining disappears once no infection remains.

Required Information
Class IIa Medical Device. Contains no hazardous ingredients in concentrations harmful to health or irritating to oral tissues when used as directed; store between 10 °C and 24 °C, closing the cap tightly after use and keeping it away from moisture.
